Our Work

Get started

Community Action for Wyoming County acts as a central front-door agency helping individuals and families improve their lives. We work together as a team to identify solutions and/or engage outside partners to find answers to pressing needs of the people in our community.

You will encounter a respectful, trusted and caring environment, where we provide coordination of wrap-around supportive services and advocacy for people looking for help. Whether you find yourself in a sudden moment of need or know you need to develop a long-term strategy towards positive change and self-reliance, start with Community Action. We may not always be able to provide the required level of intervention, but we will always try to advise you and point you in a direction where there is a solution or answer.
